First closing for EC I Fund, managed by Entangled Capital SGR
Just two months later the authorization gained by Bank of Italy, the Board of Directors of Entangled Capital SGR has approved the First Closing of the EC I Fund, reaching the first quarter of the target amount of the fund, set at Euro 100 million.
The SGR established by Roberto Giudici and Anna Guglielmi aims to promote a direct Private Equity fund with a more operational approach in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises, investing in industrial, production and technological realities, combining the capabilities of the management team with the experiences gained by the Operating Partners involved in the initial phases of the investment process.
The first Fund, denominated “EC I”, approved in the board on December the 5th has a target of Euro 100 million (hard-cap at Euro 150 million), and intends to invest in Italian companies characterized by revenues below Euro 50 million and with EBITDA margins exceeding 15%, in a range between Euro 2 million to Euro 6 million, who can benefit from a professional and managerial support, as well as financial, in their process of dimensional growth, in order to create value and , therefore yields, for the Fund’s investors.
